What are kratom extracts?

Kratom extract is a concentrated form of alkaloids using specific methods which extract the alkaloids from the kratom leaf. Good kratom, in plain leaf form, usually contains around 15mg of Mitragynine along with other minor alkaloids per gram.  Typical use is 3-5 grams for desired effects.
